The election of Directors is held annually in November, with the membership at large casting their ballot for their choice of three or four candidates depending upon the election year.  Each Director serves a three-year term.  Any member in good standing is eligible to serve on the Board.  The Nominations Committee seeks Candidates beginning in September each year. 

Officers are elected by a vote of the Board. 

     The Board of Directors meetings are held at 3 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month the at Chamber of Commerce office, 105 E. Main Street, Suite 3.
